Josh + Alisha 8.29.11 / Destin, Fl Weddings / Walton County,Fl Weddings / Seacrest Beach, Fl Weddings / 30A FL Wedding Planners

Alisha and Josh are a sweet, southern couple from Tennessee. They decided to have their wedding and reception at the beautiful Bonne Terre home in Seacrest Beach, near Alys Beach in Florida.

Alisha's energy was amazing and she didn't stop smiling the entire two days we were setting up her events! She is a very genuine girl, and was genuinely excited to be marrying Josh. This is one of those couples that leave no doubt they're in love. Josh teared up a little, Alisha teared up a little, friends and family cheered and cried and hugged and high-fived all to the happiness and success of the couple.

DJ Vladi provided two nights of music, allowing for the celebration to last throughout the weekend. I don't think one night passed without everyone ending up in the pool...including Josh's dad at the end of the reception!

Kim of Kim's Cakes did another outstanding job with a beautiful 3-tier cake adorned with orchids. Chef Rich of Pascalli Foods wowed the guests with his infamous low-country boil during the rehearsal, and for the reception he dished out a beautiful buffet. And as evidenced by the photos above, Michelle of Michelle Castle Photography captured every moment perfectly.

Thanks to all the great vendors who made this such a great event! Congratulations, Alisha and Josh!

Abby + Jesse, Emerald Coast Weddings, Beach House Weddings, Destin Weddings

Abby and Jesse had a beautiful wedding on the beach along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin, Florida. Abby arranged for splashes of pink to mix into the event, creating a simple, intimate, and elegant affair. This couple embraced the newest trend of a mid-week wedding, allowing their guests to vacation in addition to attending their lovely wedding.
Michelle Castle of Michelle Castle Photography provided photography.
Abby and Jesse, you are a wonderful couple. We are so proud to have been a part of your wedding!

Jillian + Brayden, 30A Weddings, Destin Weddings, Alys Beach Weddings

Jillian and Brayden are both beautiful, sweet, genuine people. They were such a pleasure to work with and their friends and family were amazing, too! At their Alys Beach wedding on June 25, Brayden busted out some "mock" vows, which were handwritten signs with things like, " You are super awesome," and "I promise to be good," written on them. It was an unexpected, romantic and hilarious part of the ceremony, followed by truly heartfelt vows that he and Jillian each prepared to express a sincere love for one another. Jillian is a girl's girl, decorating with pink, pink, pink! She even dyed her adorable shoes the hot pink color of her bridesmaids dressess! Additionally, she instructed the DJ, Chuck Lawson, to play as much Michael Jackson as he wanted, keeping all her guests on the dance floor and the party going strong.
Michelle Castle of Michelle Castle Photography was thoroughly entertained, not letting one moment go uncaptured. Kim Weideman of Kim's Cakes wowed us again with her beautiful pink treats: a tiered polka-dotted wedding cake and cupcakes with swirls, each just begging to be devoured! Todd of Blue Mountain Beach Catering spread out a delectable buffet, creating not only a delicious mix of apps and entrees, but also several vegetarian inspired dishes at the Bride's request.
What an incredible couple and an amazing day! Best wishes to you both, and thank you for including us in your most memorable day...

Stephanie and Jon-Michael, Destin Weddings, Solaris Weddings, FL Weddings

Stephanie and Jon-Michael married at Inlet Beach on June 19, 2011. Stephanie dressed her bridesmaids in bright pink dresses, creating a beautiful contrast to the canvas of blues, greens and white sand on the beach. This couple was sweet, funny, and best of all, Southern!

The reception took place aboard Sandestin's Solaris Cruise Ship...the perfect environment for the couple's family and rambunctious friends. Southerners may have a reputation for their debonaire and charm, but they also know exactly how to cut loose and have a good time! And a rip-roarin' good time was had by awl...

Jessica Miller of Serene Occasions coordinated the day's events flawlessly and Michelle Castle of Michelle Castle Photography captured every moment. (They and their assistants even joined the fun, dressing up in costume and hopping in the FaceTime photo booth...) Kim Weideman of Kim's Cakes outdid herself once again with an elegant, white cake accented with beautiful mango callalillies. The Staff of the Solaris were on top of it, too, with fast, efficient service; and the band, Deja Vu, kept the party going all night long. Grove of Fisher's Flowers awed everyone with timeless and unique centerpieces that caught everyone's attention. Kilwin's provided the rich, mouth-watering chocolate fondue station complete with pretzels, fruits, marshmallows, graham crackers and more! In addition to all of the stunning details, Mother of the Bride, Carrie, supplied the jaw-dropping candy bar. Even the the wedding vendors (who have seen their share of candy bars) were impressed!

Stephanie and Jon-Michael, your wedding and reception will be well-remembered! We wish you the best and are honored to be part of such an important (and fun) event!

French-Smith Wedding - April 29, 2011 - Seacrest Beach, Fl - Wedding Planners

Ashley and Greg are "that" couple. The kind of couple other couples hope to be.

For their wedding in Seacrest Beach, Florida, the couple traveled from Tennessee to spend an entire week with their closest friends and family before marrying on April 29. And celebrating was this group's top priority!

The ceremony took place on the beach near their reception site, the ReUnion House, located on 30A between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Jessica Miller of Make Me Blush was on site early to fix the Bride's hair and apply her makeup. Once again, she produced a naturally beautiful composition able to withstand the many laughs, smiles, hugs, winds and tears that Ashley's hair and face would endure throughout her day. Michelle Castle of Michelle Castle Photography was next on the scene to capture every beautiful moment of the day. Her photographs prove to be a true testament to the overall joy this event produced.

From the beginning of the ceremony until the end of the reception, all eyes were on Ashley and Greg. Everyone ate, drank, danced, sang, and honored the couple the entire night. Rich of Pascalli Foods put together an exceptional menu, devoured by the guests. In fact, the only time the guests weren't talking about how wonderful the wedding was going, they were talking about how fantastic the food was! Kim of Kim's Cakes baked a most beautiful white, two-layer cake decorated with orchids, and designed the Groom's cake with the "T" of Tennessee, arranging white chocolate covered "T" strawberries around the edges.

Mickey and David of Whispers Productions acted as Masters of Ceremony and pumped up the jams. The party was requesting their favorite "old" high school jams, and as usual, Mickey and David were able and happy to deliver! At the end of the night, this vivacious group of guests cranked up their homemade portable jam-box (also known as "the cooler full o' jams") and kept the party going late into the night.

The couple was a delight to work with and their entire event was full of love and positive vibes. We wish you a lifetime of these feelings, Ashley and Greg!
