"Love Letter " Wedding/ Brittany+Zach 10.26.12/ Eden State Garden Wedding/ Santa Rosa Beach Wedding Planner

"Love Letter" Themed Wedding

What Girl wouldn't dream for a romantic detailed wedding like this! This wedding had it all. The Beautiful, Smart, Detailed, sentimental Bride, the groom all brides WANT that is sentimental, loving, and good looking to top it off! Yes, this is the wedding that all brides dream of! It couldn't have been a more perfect day!

Brittany and Zach, what a couple! I had the pleasure of being involved
in EVERY LAST DETAIL...{and as you can see there was ALOT of details}
of this beautiful couples wedding! All I can say that after hundreds and hundreds
of emails, hours, calls, it all came together!!
This wedding wasn't anything short of a Dream Wedding! Brittany and Zach put many hours of thought into this wedding. They had a journal that was a focal point of the wedding. This journal held not only love letters, life, but their LOVE STORY. I could go on and on about this beautiful couple and the amazing vendors that came together to make this AMAZING "Love Letter" themed wedding come true.

Getting ready in a beautiful beach home located in Water Sound allowed her to have a wonderful and relaxing place to get ready in surrounded by all the beautiful bridesmaids.

Zach went all out and gave each one of the groomsmen vintage working pocket watches as a groomsmen gift!
Breath taking! Brittany fit the vintage elegant theme perfectly her dress was stunning and her brooch bouquet was the perfect touch.

Brittany and Zach thought of everything for their wedding. They even provided vintage Hankies for their guests.

These Vintage Hankies were the perfect guest favor as they were going to need it during this sentimental ceremony.

The wedding tree At Eden State Gardens was the perfect choice for this elegant vintage wedding.
The couple provided these antique columns. The pews and the vintage doors made for a perfect setting to say "I DO" for this couple!

Vintage church pews

Cutest ring bearer ever!
A tree planting ceremony in place of a unity candle was a perfect fit for this garden wedding.
The first kiss this couple was waiting for! Under a vintage chandelier to top it off!

Vintage doors and pews set the stage for this bride and her groom to have an indoor feeling under the Wedding Tree at Eden State Gardens.

The couple taking a moment to be in love after the ceremony~

The sign in table that greeted guests to the reception area was complete with their grandparents
desk, suitcases and pictures. This was a perfect place for guests to take a moment and sign in. The signed inside Brittany and Zach's new journal.

This feather pen was the final touch.

A new spin on escort cards... Brittany and Zach placed an escort flag in mason jars to help their guests find their seat and encourage them to enjoy a drink during the cocktail hour.

Old barrels and a door were used as their drink station. What a fun touch!
The elegant details of this reception had a vintage yet classy feel.

Detailed table settings that featured silver chargers, mercury glass votive candles and beautiful soft center pieces.

This center piece was made of green hydrangea, magnolia leaf, gardenias, and other soft blooms.
The lounge area featured antique chairs, and antique sofa, a factory cart with glass to make the perfect coffee table holding THE JOURNAL. The back drop could be nothing less than breath taking. The Floating picture wall held pictures of the couples parents on their wedding day as well as the grandparents on their wedding day along with lyrics of the couples favorite songs that were played on their wedding night! I warned you.... LOT'S of details and thought.

The wedding cake was just as they wished. Simple and elegant. The couple asked for the lyrics of their first dance to be written on the cake. The vintage cake holder was the perfect fit.
The dessert table was covered with pies and pastries.
The food and beverage for this wedding was top notch! The couple had a full bar with a "His" and "Hers" signature drink. Hers a smore's martini and his was a minty fresh drink the groom and groomsmen drank in Vegas many years ago.
The food featured included passed horderves of homemade tomato soup shooters with a slice of grilled cheese. The main course included many items with the highlight being the couples favorite southern food Chicken and waffles. The food was absolutely AMAZING!
The First dance was...... well, you can tell it was perfect.

"Forever with you, Forever in me, ever the same"
congratulations Brittany and Zach!
